Hormone – Boosting Nutritious Smoothie

It isn’t about avoiding and restricting certain foods. However, it is very much about «integrating» certain elements into your daily nutrition. .

Here’s a starting point for those of you needing a little extra progesterone and balancing hormonal and a boost.

This recipe has supported so many of my clients to beautiful, balanced luteal phases (that’s when you want plenty of progesterone, and not too much oestrogen). Please bear in mind that if you are going through hormone hell, there are so many underlying causes with down-regulated or unregulated biological mechanisms so please do check everything before going directly to a pill.

1 cup almond milk
1 cup Organic blueberries
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
2 tsp pumkin seeds
1 tsp maca powder
1 collagen capsule
1 probiotic capsule
1 tbsp aloe vera
